Without doubt the hottest new trance DJ / producer to emerge from Holland this past couple of years is
Richard Durand. Recommended by the mighty Tiësto as his 'Tip For The Top in 2007' in DJ Magazine,
Richard responded with a string of stunning productions, including official remixes for Tiësto, culminating in
a new entry placing in the DJ Magazine Top 100 DJs poll at the end of 2007, he is now ranked amongst the
Top 50 at the latest DJ Magazine Top 100 DJs poll 2009.

The Richard Durand sound is trance, techno and tough electro in a unique package that's both dynamic and
devastating. Having initially made his mark as a solo producer with big tech trance bombs such as 'Make Me
Scream' and 'Slipping Away' on the Terminal 4 label, the huge success of his remixes of Tiësto singles
'Lethal Industry', 'Flight 643' and 'Break My Fall', plus infamous festival favourite reworks of the likes of
Prodigy 'Smack My Bitch Up' and Snow Patrol 'Chasing Cars' soon had Richard Durand marked as one of
the hottest remixers on the planet with consistent playlist support from the DJing elite Armin van Buuren,
Paul van Dyk, Ferry Corsten, Judge Jules and Eddie Halliwell to name but a few.
Richard Durand continued to deliver big tracks in 2008, adding his magic touch to Fragma 'Toca's Miracle'
and stepping up to rework Armin van Buuren 'In And Out Of Love' to equally devastating effect. At the same
time, Richard's solo productions were also hitting the headlines; his 'Weep' track featuring Skin from Skunk
Anansie on vocals was signed to Perfecto and proved to be one of the summer's biggest anthems.

Richard Durand’s show-stopping sets and crowd pulling DJ status is confirmed by his DJ diary reading like a
who's who of A-list events, headlining global festival brands such as Sensation, Trance Energy, Planet Love,
Coloursfest, Tunnel Electrocity and Summer Of Love, plus leading club brands including Godskitchen,
Gallery, Gatecrasher and Slinky, a standout summer residency at Judgement Sundays in Ibiza and tours to

SEAN TYAS (US) – FULL BIO

A New York native now residing in Switzerland, Sean Tyas has been the brightest new star to emerge in the
trance scene for years. Sean first broke onto the scene in 2006 when Sander van Doorn selected him
winner of the 'Punk'd' remix competition, while Discover also snapped up his track 'Lift' which captured the
imagination of the trance community and went on to be one of the year's biggest releases, getting playlist
support from the likes of Armin van Buuren, Tiësto, Paul van Dyk, Above & Beyond and Judge Jules.
The Sean Tyas buzz is equally evident at grass roots level from music fans and clubbers; a fact proven by
Sean's meteoric rise up the ranks of industry polls such as the DJ Magazine Top 100 (New Entry at #54),
TheDJList.com and TranceAddict.com, as well as being awarded 'Best New Face', #3 Best Remixer and #5
Best Producer at the Trance Awards and Mixmag placing Sean in their Top 10 of 'Best New DJs'.

High praise indeed, but with good reason too, as Sean Tyas has cut out his own niche in the highly
competitive production arena to create a unique sound - the 'Tyas Sound' - and creating countless big tracks
and remixes that bring to the dancefloor a mix of melodic harmony, driving groove and cutting edge
production techniques, while also delivering his DJ sets with dynamic energy from behind the decks.
In the UK and Ireland Sean Tyas has built up a solid fanbase at major events such as Godskitchen,
Gatecrasher, Gallery / Ministry Of Sound and Inside Out, while elsewhere in Europe he's also left his mark
on many famous stages, appearing on every Godskitchen Global Gathering festival in 2008, the Trance
Energy, Dance Valley and Mystery Land festivals in Holland, Monday Bar cruises in Sweden, Judgement
Sundays in Ibiza, plus east European leaders such as Sunrise and Qiev Dance. The picture is just as
complete in other continents, with Sean Tyas heavily touring North and South America as well as leading
shows in Asia and the massive Trance Energy Tour of Australia.
Recent production highlights include the 'Intricacy' collaboration with Armin van Buuren and chart topping
'Somethin's Up' and 'For The Most Part' collaborations with Simon Patterson on the Spinnin' label, while on
the solo tip, Sean has dropped the massive 'Melbourne' on Discover, while also delving into cooler tech
trance in 'Seven Weeks' on Sander's Doorn label and the rampaging techno influenced monster 'Rulebook'
on Discover Dark. The Sean Tyas remix credits continue to read like an A to Z of dance music, reworking

With a rapidly rising global profile, Sean Tyas has also been busy on CD and radio projects. 2008 saw him
release Vol 3 in the 'Trance World' series of compilation CDs on Armada and this was followed in 2009 first
by a mix on the 'Trance Energy' (Australia) CD and next the the leading Ministry Of Sound Euphoria brand of
CDs, titled 'Euphoria Trance Awards' in October. February 2009 also saw Sean make his debut on the
prestigious BBC Radio 1 'Essential Mix', and following the success of his own radio show, 'Tytanium

Warehouse offers house and electronic dance music that is blissful, unadulterated and tech-savvy in its best form. The DJs are committed to perform at their level best and indeed through much sought after experience. Resident DJs Kuma and I-Sec have been through the clubbing terrain for more than 10 years and are deemed to be one of the best house-music purveyors in the scene ever since. Occasionally, we intend to bring in big named international DJs as a one-off or on an exchange platform to get recognized and further promote our outfit to global recognition. Gelling together the natural sense of sound and sight with very hi-end sound system, lighting and visual technology, it is bound to leave a lasting impression on club goers and industry players. We have cultivated an environment, which will provide the niche with a much-needed spiritual and euphoric experience, whether through music or other forms of artistic expression.

The Visual Experience

Warehouse also offers an amazing visual arts and lighting experience. It boasts a whole panoramic atmosphere of projections at almost every corner of the club. Adopting the help of cutting edge technology and electronics in the mainframe makes it a step ahead amongst other clubs around the circuit. Using real-time 3D graphics and animation on the fly to the screens and projections, it showcases a sheer demonstration of visual artistry not to be missed. This club not only offers one an audible experience but also a visual one too.

The Food and Drinks

The concept of F&B will be focused on quality products with a low and affordable price. At Warehouse, we have put together a whole new dynamic range of menu items that was conceptualized around the common mind-set of the public. Giving it more leverage on the competitive edge amongst other clubs in the street, prices are slashed down to as low as it can go. This direction was made to give clubbers more value for money with added quality entertainment.

The Location

Warehouse is located at Jalan P. Ramlee, KL's busiest entertainment district, which what used to be the old 'Brannigans' Bar and Club back in the 90's.
